NSCMID Membership Discount
NSCMID members are eligible for reduced registration fees for the annual meeting.
If you are not yet a member, you can apply through the NSCMID website. Other than the reduced registration fee, the membership offers access to benefits such as grants & networking opportunities.

- Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the NSCMID 2026 Conference secretariat at registration@cap-partner.eu.
- Cancellations postmarked before and on 26 July 2026 will be refunded deducting administration 300 DKK (€ 40).
- After 27 July 2026, registration fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be granted in case of no show.
- NB! Please note that tickets for the Social Dinner are non-refundable.
- If the congress is cancelled due to unforeseen events beyond the control of the organisers, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the congress.

- Payment is possible by invoice (Bank transfer) or Credit card (VISA or Mastercard). Upon completion of the registration an automated email confirmation will be sent. Depending on method of payment, the invoice or credit card receipt will be attached. The PDF is an original and will be the only copy you will receive.
- Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
- It is your responsibility to forward the invoice to the correct place for immediate payment and you must ensure that the correct VAT number and invoice address are entered during the registration process. Please ensure that the payment clearly states invoice number, as we will not be able to place the payment without this information.
- In Denmark conference fees are exempt from VAT.

Please note that video and photos may be captured during the conference for use in e.g. newsletters, websites, interviews, and social media. If you identify yourself in a specific picture or video after the conference and you do not wish it to appear on the website or social media, please get in touch with us (Registration@cap-partner.eu) and we will delete the picture or recording.

Accommodation at Scandic Copenhagen
A number of rooms have been pre-booked at Scandic Copenhagen (the conference venue) for NSCMID 2026 participants at a special discounted rate.

The discount code is valid only for stays on 27, 28, and 29 August 2026.
If you wish to extend your stay beyond these dates, please make a separate booking without the discount code for the additional nights. After completing your bookings, kindly contact the hotel reception at copenhagen@scandichotels.com to request that the same room be allocated for the entire duration of your stay.
We recommend booking early, as availability is limited.
