WELCOME RECEPTION

We are very pleased to be able to host the welcome reception at SSI (Statens Serum Institute). We look forward to welcoming participants to an institution with a strong scientific and research-based foundation, offering an inspiring and relevant setting for the opening of the conference.
Attendance is complimentary, but registration is required.

CONFERENCE DINNER
- Aamanns køkken og event, Refshalevej 163A, 1432 Copenhagen
- Saturday, August 29.
The conference dinner will take place at Aamanns on Refshaleøen, known for its modern interpretation of Danish cuisine. We look forward to an evening combining good food with professional exchange in an informal setting.
Boat transfer to venue included.
Attendance is not included in registration fee, but tickets can be purchased through the registration.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL PRESENTERS
Programme and presentation time
Please view the final programme and your session, presentation title, and scheduled session time. The final programme is available here: https://nscmidcph.org/programme/
Presentation format and upload
Please prepare your presentation in 16:9 Full HD format. PowerPoint and PDF files are accepted, and videos can also be included if needed.
Please bring your presentation on a USB stick and upload it with the technician no later than the day before your presentation. If you are presenting on the first conference day, the technician will be available one hour before the first session to receive presentation files.
Technical setup in the session room
The session room will have headset microphone ready for you and the technician will help with putting it on.
Please note that there will be one monitor screen only, so presenter notes will not be visible during your talk. If you need notes, please bring them in printed form or on a separate device.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTERS
Poster presentation dimensions
Your poster must fit the designated display board and be prepared in vertical format.
- Maximum size: A0, 841 mm wide x 1189 mm high.
- Please note: The previously communicated maximum size was 700 mm wide x 900 mm high, but we have now been able to increase this.

Poster session and walk
Your poster should be displayed throughout the conference so attendees can view it during breaks and both poster sessions. Please hang your poster upon arrival and remove it before the conference ends.
Poster walks will take place during the poster sessions and will be guided by the NSCMID 2026 Organising Committee.
The abstract book now includes details of which poster walk your poster is assigned to, including the date and group and presentation order in the poster ralk. During the poster walk, you will have up to 3 minutes to present your poster.
